Privacy policy
The Gaslight Social uses this website to share venue information, menus, events, and ways to contact the team. The site has no user accounts and does not process payments directly.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. Netlify stores the submission for the Gaslight team and sends an email notification so we can respond. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information. Purchases, ticket orders, maps, and social-media interactions are handled by the linked provider.
Email updates
If you join the Gaslight email list, Hive processes the email address, marketing consent, and optional genre interests you submit for BandWagon Presents. Every signup is associated with the Casper area and any interests you choose. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email. We do not send your email address, consent choice, or genre selections to Meta.
The newsletter popup uses first-party browser storage and a first-party cookie to remember when it was shown for 24 hours. A successful signup is remembered in that browser so the popup stays closed. These values contain only timing and signup-status flags, not your email address or interests.
Site delivery and security
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request details, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and advertising
With advertising measurement enabled, this website uses the BandWagon Presents Meta Pixel to understand visits, event-page interest, and clicks to official ticket pages. Meta may receive the page URL, referring page, browser and device information, timestamp, and the event name or identifier associated with those actions. The pixel may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. BandWagon's Meta site sends event names and identifiers only for measurement. It does not send contact-form contents, newsletter email addresses, consent choices, genre selections, payment details, or information entered on another provider's website.
The pixel is delayed so it does not compete with initial page load. It remains off when Global Privacy Control is active or after you turn advertising measurement off. You can change your selection at any time.
Your choices
You can turn advertising measurement off through the privacy choices control in the footer. When you opt out, the site clears the Meta cookies it can access and stops sending new pixel events. We also honor browser-supported Global Privacy Control signals. Visitors may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will review reasonable requests concerning information held directly by The Gaslight Social.
